What if I have other questions? 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. We strongly suggest including a photo in your email.

When will I get my refund?

To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

How do I make a return?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. 

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
